I've produced all of my YouTube videos using this program for the last year, and I've loved my time with it. All of my file types I use are mp4s captured either from my PC using Windows/GeForce Experience or my PS4/PS5. I tried creating proxies to improve performance, but HF won't make them because of the above issues. The clips could be 10 minutes long or 100 minutes long, and I never seem to know how the program will handle them. I tried reducing the size of the clips to improve performance and 90% of the time this does nothing.

Videos I normally import without issue won't proxy, won't show a preview in Trimmer, stutter and flash in a nauseating fashion. The latest update, while containing many useful features, is nigh unusable at times. I sent a request to customer support some time ago asking for help, and after providing the requested items as well as a follow up question, I received no response.
